Conspiracy
We're dog-sitting for my mother-in-law at the moment - a very sweet, very big Springer Spaniel called Ben. He's lovely; very good with little'un and generally sweet natured. And sociable.
Which is probably why, at 5.15am when he heard little'un come running through to our bedroom shouting 'Hello! Hello! Good morning!' he felt left out. Matt got up, put little'un back to bed, got back into bed himself, and Ben started whining, then barking. Matt got up, settled Ben, came back upstairs, got back into bed, and little'un decided if he couldn't come and play with mummy and daddy he'd sing to us instead. And of course once you're awake your bladder wants a piece of the action too. Early starts all round...
